Fanuc 10T Moog Lathe

We have a Moog lathe that will not cycle.
I have machine builder manuals but no Fanuc manuals for the 10T. I believe it is a Fanuc 10T controller... not sure. The processor is 'A16B-1010-0041-11B.
The tailstock moves, as do the X and Z axes.
When we press the 'Cycle Start' button we get the message "START REJECTED".
The push button is working. If we hold it on we get G9.0 (Start) to stay on but it doesn't seal in. The seal in contact is F1.2 and we don't know where that comes from.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
