    Hmm...

    What model CNC ?
    What model Fanuc ?
    What Fanuc dives ?
    What Fanuc motors?
What Fanuc options were on the machine?
How did you loose all the data?
    Too many questions !

*Ask the MTB for a backup of the machine parameters and PMC data
*Ask Fanuc to reinstall all the options and data

I would be suprised if you've lost EVERYTHING. Programs, parameters, offsets etc yes, sytem files no. You'd do well to wipe the lot.

When you power on what happens?

My advice would be to ask the Machine tool builder for an SRAM copy for that machine.

If the machine hangs up whilst booting, get an SRAM copy off the machine tool builder and then get your local Fanuc engineer in to reload the system files.

    This will fix your problem.

By the way... how did you do it?
