hi all , i have VMC machine with fanuc oi control ... when i need to make surfuce with 45 degree in X axis i typed : #1=#1+0.25*sin45 i have error message meaning format error . please advise |

| In fact, all pre-defined functions need brackets. Additionally, ##1 (for example) should be written as #[#1]. Incidently, SIN[0], TAN[0] and COS[90] may not evaluate to exactly zero because of floating point error. If you want to normalize these extremely small values to zero, set parameter 6004#1 to 1. When 6004#1 = 0, then 1/SIN[0] would evaluate to a large value, instead of giving DIVIDED BY ZERO error. |
