Old Fanuc O-M Controller Question

I have a CNC Knee Mill with an older Fanuc O-M controller. I actually feel odd asking this question but does anyone know what the process is to begin a file transfer?

I am used to the newer Fanuc controllers, oppt, read, execute, then LSK

I can not find anything other than some references for the input button, and the manual only refers to the process for searching a tape, or floppy. My machine does not have either, just the RS232 port.

Anyhelp would be great, as well as baud, parity, ect, but I can figure that out once I get the controller to try and receive.

Also, anyone know where I can get a replacement key pad for the same? Maybe thats part of the problem.
