need help with oi -mc control

i need a couple of sample programs (very simple, drill cycle and basic linear inter and circular inter).
i am setting up a boring mill with one of these controllers and need to have a post created. i just want to verify what the control 'likes and dislikes'.

    regards,

    JP

i was told the machine is only 4 yrs old (racer boring mill).
the control manual indicates june 2004.

they have never really had this machine performing.

the biggest problem i have is the control is in metric; and no matter what i do i cannot get movements in 'mdi' mode to co ordinate with metric or imperial?

    Have you tried Fanuc themselves???

If the Control is supposed to work in Metric it should be able to function in MDI Mode for positioning movements, and canned cycles.

Do you have any of the Manuals??
