i need a couple of sample programs (very simple, drill cycle and basic linear inter and circular inter). i am setting up a boring mill with one of these controllers and need to have a post created. i just want to verify what the control 'likes and dislikes'. regards, JP  |

| i was told the machine is only 4 yrs old (racer boring mill). the control manual indicates june 2004. they have never really had this machine performing. the biggest problem i have is the control is in metric; and no matter what i do i cannot get movements in 'mdi' mode to co ordinate with metric or imperial? JP |

If the Control is supposed to work in Metric it should be able to function in MDI Mode for positioning movements, and canned cycles. Do you have any of the Manuals??
