Depending on the Material G76 or G92

G76 is for common Non Ferrous Materials, Plastic, Aluminum, Brass etc.

G92 is for Stainless, Inconels, Titanium, and other Exotic Materials.

    G76
    X (minor dia of thd)
Z (length of thd plus the deceleration distance)
I (radius distance measured between the start & end of the thd)
    D (depth of thd calculated Dia major - D minor / 2)
    K (DOC first pass)
    F (Thd Lead within .0001)
    E (Thread Lead within .000001)
    A (angle of thd 30, 55, or 60)

G92 is like the G90 simple Canned Cycle as follows

    G92
X (thd minor)(use the X to control the DOC for every pass *major to minor)
Z (thd length plus deceleration distance)
    I (thd tapper)
    F (thd lead .0001)
    E (thd lead .000001)
