Okay so i fixed my +24 OV (alarm 8) on my Spindle Unit A06B-6044-H009 by switching the input wires R2 with S2 to lower the voltage on the driver board. now when i go to orient or turn the spindle on i am getting the LED 2 to light up. What causes the speed to deviate from commanded speed? thanks |

Check if the motor has a problem, Megg it. Can you turn it by hand easily? Also, check the apindle unit. A bad transistor module could be the problem. Sensor in the motor could also be the problem. But, I´m wondering, what was the first alarm that you had, 8? Was the motor running alright? Alexfanuc |
