 Big Problems!! | |
Hello
I don't even know how to start but here goes, I bought a brand new fadal 3016fx in late 2007. Well its seems that fadal sold the machine before it was really ready to sell. It has a fanuc Oi mc control and when I got the machine the software wasn't complete in the control. Like help screens that say (this screen is still under construction and mainly the manual guide i had no data like tools and fixed form sentences etc.
This is where my problem comes in, I talked to one of the tech's at the place where i bought it about the manual guide i and said I'd like to start using it, To make a long story short he gave me some files to update it so installed the files and now I'm in way over my head. Its all %^$#-up and know one seems to know what to do. I install MGI files and by Mistake installed NMGI files because they didn't know what ones to use. It seems like I have clear the complete memory and start over installing all of the machine pmc and ladder etc.to clear out the problem. Does anybody know if this is possible and how to do it? and is there a fanuc guy in NH? any help would be of great help and much appreciated
