Problem- AC Spindle servo unit

Have anybody a wiring diagram on Fanuc AC spindle unit
A20B-1000-0692 need some help whith cn2 connector to
connect it to fagor 8055tc i/o

It's hugh speed model 6
CN2 (Honda MR20) connector is for motor sensor
it's not connected to i/o
1=0V
2=OH2 (overheat)
3=OH1
13=+5V
14=PA (phase A)
15=RA (reference for pase A)
16=PB
17=RB
20=frame

CN2 comes from the motor. (sensor inside the motor)

i thank you guhl for your help but the photo is hard to write can you take a
better photo one document at time?please
Yes its a hugh speed motor 7,5/11kw 6000rpm
i want to connect the servo drive direct to +-10v
can i use the forward signal and then let 8055tc do the rest ex spindellstop,spindel reverse,spindle orien???
