I have 2 Kryle VMC 500B machining centers. Both machines have had their parameters 'messed with' then deleted. I have a 'Generic' parameter list from a Kryle parameter manual, but it is not machine specific. I also am not familiar with the startup and operation of these machines, or the start up procedures. I was told they need to be homed first. The tool changer carousel is a "4th axis" and has a small Fanuc red cap servo driving the tool carousel. However, when I move the tool carrousel slightly, the atc axis alarms out. The axis tuning or drive tuning parameters are not correct. XY&Z axes do jog however. Kryle does not have the machine specific parameters, but does have a 'data sheet' for one of the machines. They want a fee to 'attempt' to recreate the parameter list. I am looking for any Kryle VMC 500B owners with a machine near the same year as mine (shown below) that may be able to copy their parameter list for me. Machine A: Ser No K30757 CNC MFG No 0024588 Build Date Oct 1990 Machine B: Ser No K30765 CNC MFG No 0024594 Build Date Nov 1990 Thank you for any help on this problem.... dk |
