    Default IKEGAI AX25 TURRET

    Does anybody have advice for a turret that indexes random I tried to rotate index pulser and dgnos 700 701 712 are zero and stay zero?????

    You will need to provide alot more information
    1. Turret manufacturer (if bolt on)
    2. NC Control Modell
    3. Turret positioning method
    4. if encoder endcoder type
    5. Ladder specifics.

    And more details about the problem and what you are doing to cause it

    Thanks for the reply,
    This is what I have
    IKEGAI AX25 Lathe
    TURRET 12 position indexes hydralic and rotates hydralic motor factory made
    Fanuc 6 T contol
    Has a Sumtak Index pulser

    Problem solved Fanuc Board next to X Z (RH side) drives had loose ground. cleaned the contact points and removed the board and sprayed contact cleaner and machine is now working fine.
