I am working (rebuilding) on a lathe with fanuc 21-TB with alpha series motors. My experience with fanuc is limited, and resumes to work on a vertical machining center with fanuc 21i-M. On the VMC, that I also rebuilded, I remember that in parameters there was some parameters that had the maximum axes speed or similar that in that case was 42000 (mm/min). In this "new" machine I do not have such a parameter and I have no ideia how to tune the motors. I have the parameters manual, but it is not clear to me. I do know that in the machine maker manual says that axis max speed is 12000 mm/min and machine is for sure below this speed. Thank you for any information. |
