MORI SL-1 MANUALS.

Hi,

We recently aquired a Mori Seiki SL-1 lahte with Fanuc 6TB controller, this machine has no parametrers, no ladder and some of the boards are damaged. We dicided to retrofit the machine but we don't have the electrical manuals and the ladder to help us doing it.

Anyone with this manuals that could share them, please let me know, I am able to pay for them a reasonable price.

Those are good machines. The 6T controls are petty good. I had one for a while on a small lathe. 6T stuff is all over ebay just keep an eye out for your part numbers and the prices.

On a Mori SL, I would consider maybe a FAGOR in a stand alone.. maybe a Yasnac if you cold find one but I've looked at mitsubishi controls too.

call mori seiki they keep backups..

Greg, wa re thinking in a GSK new controller, they have a very good price with servos and everything included. I think the price will be around 5k for that machine...

Fanucman, we did call Mori, they didn't have the manuals due to the age of the machine, there is a web page for mori owners wit good info if needed, it is: http://nosala.com/phpBB2/ try sometime if you need something from mori.
