Dual table stopped during rotation

Control: OM

While dual table was in operation (rotating), worker turned the mode selector from auto to edit and table stopped.

Now there is alarm J/C POSITION ERROR

I have tried procedure from manual (attached), but no success. When I have to turn table by hand, it is not possible to do that.

I have no idea what to do
