Turret AMP Alarm and Lossing Position Signal

hallo,

i'm newbie and have problems with Poly GIM CNC Lathe Mini - 88 ( using FANUC Oi - Mate TC (with turret)).
That Machine show those 2 alarm : 1. Turret AMP Alarm ( 1075 ) & 2. Lossing Position Signal.what should i do to solve this probs?

check encoder and feedback cable...
