    SV009 and SV011, Fanuc 11M

Have got a problem on my mill, Fanuc 11m, M-series servo (DC), suddenly on power up i got SV009 and SV011 on X-axis, no way resting it either.. it just try to power up again and same fault appears..

Does any one have a clue??

Master PCB digital display says "1" and no error on the servo amps.

Have check the motor, everything looks ok, coal, and wires.

your master pcb is probably defective. First check your servo parameters.
Use the maintenace manual pages 98...

SV 000, SV009 and SV009 on Fanuc 11M series. These alarms are generated on Z axis.
Check feedback cable, OK. Motor not too hot. Need help please.
