Need Help!- timer/counter/relay parameter FANUC OM

What model machine? The timers, keep relays, etc. are dependent on the machine.

900 series and diagnistig value included timer , counter and keep relay always described by machine manufacturer and deliver to customer by blue print or floppy diskett or punched or something like that and alwayes must be in your basic document .

please try to find something its very hard to defind because every there is diference between all machine even in same series

so tel us do you have any back up ?

Yes i have complete back up of CNC and DGN parameters but i dont what is the problem

If you have the backup load parameters and diagnostics 300's, 400's, 500's to the control by hand, with the PWE parameter to 1 and in MDI mode.

I solved the problem
Thanks to all gays specialy to GPENA
there was D400 and D500 diagnostic parameter
but with my back up doesn't work out.
My D400(00100000) and now D400 is (100)-dont know what is it
D500(00000000) and now D500 is (20)-number of tolls in magazine

And now i have seen that the central lubrication don't work
has someone know what parameter is for that?

The problems seems to be the timers, usually the MTB(machine tool builder) programs the ladder to turn on and off the lube pump, and they put timers to do it. Timers are diagnostics 300's, to see what timer turns on and off the pump you'll have to see the ladder, or check the backup that you uploaded, maybe you input something wrong.

Be sure that the lube pump is controlled by the controller and not an independent one. Sometimes they are independent from the controller.
