Hi, The machine we have is a TongTai TNL 100-T with Fanuc O-T control. When i turn the machine on i get the following alarms 409 servo alarm 414 servo x axis detect err 424 servo y axis detect err on the spindle amp module it shows alarm code 30 any ideas?  |

| Check the fuses on all the controls. I believe you have small fuses on all the drives. Also check all breakers and thermal relays. There could be a thermal relay or breaker that could be trip. MTSS Service |

| everything looks good. The relays seem fine and the breakers are all reset. We have had this problem before but after turning the machine off and on couple times it goes away. The machine was turned off for a week while we was on shut down last week and since then it wont get past this alarm |

| Has same problem and found power supply board had burn marks. You need to pull the power supply board out and inspect it. You might find the problem there. |
