I need part list error fanuc series oi mate-mc....(error series 1000)for example
(error 1003),

Well, 1003 doesn't show up in the Operators or Maintenance Manual. Any message displayed when the alarm occurs?

Thank you,(error 1003 =tool dis release).but,i haven't solution.

I believe 1003 must be a machine error, not a Fanuc error. You'll need to consult the machine manuals. What make and model of machine is it?
