Hi, i have a strippit cap 100 with the fanuc 0p control and only 2 servo motors (x and y), the turret has a normal 3 phases motor always running coupled to the turret with a pneumatical clutch. When i select the tool 3 it retract the turret pins (upper and lower) and engages the clutch to make it spin. When it stop it extend the upper and lower pin to lock the turret, the problem is that the pins are not always aligned with the turret and the cycle stop. Does anyone know if there is a parameter on the fanuc 0p to adjust the stopping time of every tool station or how the fanuc decides when to stop according to the tool? |
