Hi, We did purchased last week a used Moriseiki cnclathe. I installed it start working nicely. But the problem know the feed rate is not changing by the G01 X...F.. command. what ever the F.. command the feed rate shows 200mm/min on screen. We can be reduce by feed override switch when program is running. Even we program F rate 0.05mm or 5000mm/min feed on display shows 200mm/min. Please suggest which parameter ....? or any otherthings i need to look for...? Thanks in advance. Dinesh

So this was working before when changing the feedrate the display would change as well? Then it just stopped working? Does the machine actually feed by the commanded feedrate regardless of the display? So if you program F.05 the machine displays 200 but is the machine feeding at .05 or 200? Stevo

thanks for the reply. Yes, I tried with feed rate o.05 it moves physically 200mm/min and with any feed rate program also it moves with 200mm feed. i will try G01 with G98 in MDI and check. I checked dry run is not on. Dry run feed rate is fixed in parameter for 5000 thanks and any more suggestion ...? dinesh
