victor lathe duplomatıc turret problem

victor vt II 20/ 50 C axıs for duplomatıc sma series
---
We need assistance with an error in a machine in operation.

we are not used lıve tool. we working normal statıons. (rough fıne center drıll)

The problem is the machine does not change the tool when it is programmed to be changed and it continues to operate with the new tools program but with the old tool on the turret AND it makes dangerous...

Sometimes the machine can operate with 10-15 parts. but on the other hand the turret locks it self when we press turret index button and stops working... But when we reset the machine it work well for a period of time that we don't know. sometimes 1 part sometimes 15 parts.
Also when the turret locks itself we cannot even work it with the MDI mod.

We guess that the 2 turret rotation sensors on the turret are broken or something else.. turret cv or ccv relay

where wıll must we look thıs machine?

Dear Sir,

Your absolute turret encoder or its cable is defective.
Get it checked or replaced.
It has a binary decoding, you will hv to check in diagonasis screen for encoder bit address.

most likely not an encoder problem... looks like a machine side problem with Mcode processing not being done/completed
