Anyone ever had any luck cleaning up the CRT/MDI and Operator panel Keypad/Keyboard for their FANUC controls? My Operator Panel A20B-0091-C161 is very dirty and oily. It looks like someone used the AUTO, MDI and JOG and HOME buttons a lot because they are the most orangish color of any of them. Anyone have suggestions on how to clean oil, dirt, grease off of the membrane overlay keysheet. Can anyone tell me what machines would have a operator panel that has the Axis/Direction as -X,+X, -Z, Traverse, +C, -C, +T and -T? Where could I get keys for the Program Protect switch which is a FUJI electric part (AH161-J)? Greg |

| I have cleaned many electronic parts with water and a mild dish washing soap. Alcohol is usually safe; do not use Varsol, acetone, CLR . That operator panel is for a punch press but only the legends on the buttons determine that. I have spare keys and you are welcome to one. Bill |

| Based on the FANUC 0C manual, GFZ-61392E/03 of Aug 1992 Descriptions Manual of the Series 0/00/0-Mate. The appendix page A-35 shows a "Fig 20. Machine Operator Panel For 9" CRT/MDI with Full Keyboard (0-TC)". This is the same exact panel I have, so I am assuming that this panel is a 0T-C. So, now to find the right 0-TC 9" CRT/MDI with the full keyboard. I have the 0M-C CRT/MDI and Op. Panel. I decided a 0T-C lathe would be nice for a change. Oh, anyone have the iDocs DVD? http://www.imakenews.com/gefanuc/e_a....cfm?x=b11,0,w Greg |

| Can I give you a list of all the part numbers I am seeking? I would like to have a spare 0M-C operator panel with the full keyboard. I need help with selecting servos for both the 0MC and 0TC controls. I also need help selecting servo drives and servo amplifiers. Are they the A06B-6057, 6058 or 6059's? How do I know I have the right top board. Greg |
