Fanuc OT on a Takahashi

Hey guys/gals,
One of our machines is a little Takahashi TNC-LO gang tool lathe with an OT controller. Always been super accurate and a great little machine other than a few little quirks.
Recently after using the machine for several days in a row with no issues I came in and fired the machine up (Master switch), walked around front and hit Power On and ...nothing, you can hear the relay engage, then release immediately and nada after that.
The ways are off the limits and everything seems perfectly normal...I used it myself the day before and I attempted to turn it on the day it wouldn't so nobody monkeyed with it I'm sure. It is as if the E-stop is in, but not.
The screen won't power up ( it energizes then dies as soon as the relay contacter drops out).

Any ideas?
