Need Help!- Fanuc Ladder III software issue

Shortly after we go online to monitor the ladder we get the following message.

"THE SIGNAL SIZE SHOULD BE DISPLAYED IS OVER.
PLEASE CLOSE SOME WINDOWS"

The program then locks up and we need to Ctrl - Alt - Delete to close program.

We are using version 5.50. We have talked to FANUC and they had us update the system files on our CNC but this made no difference.

I have tried three different laptop computers with the same result.

I revisiting this older post from Walz.

Fanuc Ladder III v 6.0 errors and crashes

"The Signal size should be displayed is over. Please close some windows"

I now have 3 different machines/control versions which give me this error depending where I am at when viewing/monitoring the ladder. If I don't quickly scroll to a different area the Fladder program will lock up and need rebooting.

The error will repeat when back at the same net#. I have looked at all symbol comments for all addresses of the affect net to make sure nothing out of the norm. All three machines were overseas builders. Alarm only occurs when communicating online- monitoring the ladder.

Anyone else having this issue? or knows whats going on.
