Please help with feed/rapid override parameter

Thank you for your interest. I recently picked up a new (to me) machine with an Om control. I cannot find the parameter that makes the machine stop in rapid when the feed knob is turned to "0". On my 0i and 18i controls it is 1401 bit 4.

The way it is now, I need to use both knobs to creep up on a set up. Not the best way; especially when my other machines only need one. Thanks for any help in advance.
