Hi All, My Okuma lathe /Oi MateTC have a problem:the memory was accidentally all erased and i have to manual re-enter all the machine parameters and PMC keeprelay/parameters correspond to the datasheet come with the machine ,the machine work fine but the dimensions are not accurace in X axis:with the same program they always cut the same dimension (even when the power off and on again) but not exact with the dimension in the program. When i change the dimension in the program it cut another dimension but the difference are not the same.I think may be there are some parameters as CMR/DMR/Reference counter cause the problem (the X ball srew has pitch 6mm and Pulse coder 2000 pulse/rev ,direct coupling) but i don't know its parameter number & value Any help will greatly appreciate David |

| I am facing a similar problem. When I switch on the machine, the displayed position is not exactly same as the position when the machine was switched off. The difference is of the order of 10 microns, and not same everytime or for every axis. What could be the possible reason? |
