Can not call Tool on Fanuc 0TC-Geminis CNC 5 -870/300

Hi all,
Thank you so much when reading my problems and help me.
I have Geminis CNC 5-870/3000 with controller Fanuc 0TC get problems as below:
The BAT was lost, I reentered CNC parameter and PMC Parameter following the my list data. After that, the X,Z axis can move normally, the tool index can rotate by manual. But when I call the tool by T address (Auto or MDI Mode), the massage No.2014: "Make Reference Search"
I suspect that I must set the Zero position for the Turret, but unlucky, I did not have any document to follow.
I thanks for any help to troubleshooting this problem.
Thanks and Best Regards
Natech

If your machine uses servo motor for turret, I think you have to do ref. return for this servo too.
Send me PC ROM file, i may take a look and could find out the way to ref your turret.

This Sauter turret is not servo. It is a 3 phase electric motor.

yo

indeed the sauter turret is with a 3 phases motor and use a encoder for the 12 or 10 positions of the tool so the reference should be very simple.

put the mode to the reference and the turret mode on tool 1 and hit the turret button .should be on 1 or should rotate on tool 1 .

if not is more complicate to do it with this kind of turret.

let me know if works if not we will try other things.

GOOD LUCK!
