Need Help! Fanuc Spindle Drive - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

I have a cincinnati sabre 750 that is throwing an AL-12 spindle alarm. I have been told by various friends in the biz that this alarm means have your drive rebuilt. lol

The drive is a A06B-6059-H212 with a top board number
A20B-1003-0010/09A.

I have however found a remanufactured A06B-6059-H212 drive with a top board number A20B-1003-0010/15B. I have been told that difference in these numbers is the revision number. If that is so will this drive and top board combo work in place of the one I have?

Actually I have same problem with Fanuc DC Spindle

i think 12 difit of fanuc spect is important . you can replace PCB.

Just a different rev. Should work fine. Alarm 12 is DC link over current. You can call Tennessee Industrial see what they have.
