Hi all, As the title says I have an Hitachi Seiki with a Fanuc 11M control. X, Y & Z axis work fine, but the 4th, (rotary axis mounted on table) is interlocked. I have checked all my switches and even swapped out input and output modules. I can jumper the output to release the clamp so the solenoid works. It is not coming out of interlock for some reason. Originally it woulld not find its home position first thing in the morning. After powering off and on several times it would find home. This last time the operator said it crashed into the part and after that the axis does not move. The servo drive unit has no alarms on it. Any ideas? |
