I have heard about only two books - one by Mike Lynch and the other by Peter Smid. Is somebody aware of any other book which deals with this subject in sufficient details, not just as a 30/40-page Chapter in a programming book?  |

| I ran across a website some years ago that had some pretty good stuff on it, I can't remember what it was, but it was a great resource. Try searching some for a website.
