Alarm in 10TF

I have a Warner Swasey WSU 12 w/ fanuc 10tf control. Everything was going good on it untill out of the blue an alarm "PS187 FEED ZERO(COMMAND)"
comes up. IT alarms when the turret starts to index. It has something to do with the offset call with the turret. I can MDI T0100, T0200 etc and it will index fine with no alarm. When I add the offset call T0101, T0202 etc it will alarm. This just started suddenly and was running parts fine before. Any help would be appreciated.
TIA

Could you post more of the code? One whole operation? We might better see what could be going on...

Beege is right we need more code to look at. However the alarm that you are getting is typically when you program a linear move but you have not specified a feedrate. Is it possible that the control is looking ahead a few lines past your T0101 and seeing a linear move with no F command and that is where the alarm is generating?

Here is the code below. This is the first job I have run on this machine so I am sure it needs some editing. But like I said before it was working fine before and all of the sudden I get the alarm msg. I did make an offset before this happened but I don't see anything wrong in the offset tables.
Thanks.

I edited the program to put a G00 in the same block as T0101 and it started working ok. I don't know why it worked before this.
