ERROR G1 A3 FANUC M-410iHW

Please i would like to know what means the error G1 A3 for FANUC ROBOT M-410i HW.Thank you very much.

From what I remeber G1 = group 1 (first robot group or set of axes)
A3 = J3 axis. The problem is related to the J3 axis.
You should have an alarm number like SVR-036 as description.

The most common problems:
Joint axis is incorrectly greased causing additional pressure on the harmonic drive.
Broken encoder cables or power cables.
Flat batteries.

It is important though to know the correct alarm number to diagnose the problem correctly.

The real problem is that when i open the safety guard the robot stops but the axe 3 looses its height and then appears the message G1 A3 on nthe screen.Thank you for your interest.
