memory code error 114 or 0114

What is error code 0114 or i think 114

114 = "The specified file cannot be found"

This happens when I try to find the file through the RMT selector switch on the machine.

It should search the mem card directory correct?

I would like to thank you guys very much for your assistance. I wanted to say that before I forgot.

I am now able to read files directly from the mem card. I had to change a setting in the param in order to see the DNC option on the display.

Also I needed to be in "remote" mode. Because there was no tape option.
