Need Help!- FANUC 6M - IPL MODE PROBLEM

Hi All,

I have old machine with Fanuc 6M controll.
After power ON: ERROR 901 is displayed.
So i want to initiallize BMU unit.
I go to IPL mode by press . - and POWER ON.
IPL mode is displayed and here is finish.
Not possible to chose enythink.
Its display fifth functions - but pressing each NUMBER dont change nothink.
Still same IPL main screen.
Tested with all four possible states of PWE and MBU FREE switches.

What i can do more?
Is is possible that EEPROM program have some problem? But IPL screen is displayed propertly.

Thank you for this manual.
This is exacly what im dooing.
In my case - after press and hold . - and power UP im go to IPL MODE screen.
And there is menu no.4 - bubble mem. init.
But my problem is that IM NOT POSSIBLE to chose ANY option from IPL MODE screen.

What is the part number of your master board?
The 6A control did not support reinitiallize of the BMU.

The main board no. i can provide tommorow.
But if 6A system not providing BMU init. why i have no 4 posible in IPL mode.
No. 4 means BUBBLE mem init.

Of course as i told before - its not possible to chose enythink from IPL.
Its look like machine is making freeze after go to IPL mode.

Try to adjust +5V at the power supply. If you have another machine I would swapp the power supply first.
A14B-0061-B001 = A14B-0061-B002
