how to solve the S027 dgtl servo error on a mori seiki SL-25 i had this error after resetting the nc parameter ?????

I assume that the Mori is using FS-10T with Digital servo interface.

The alarm is very likely SV 027 Z DGTL.

If you have reset the parameters then you should also have had SV 027 for the X-axis. I don't understand why the X-axis is ok but not the Z-axis.

All I can think of is some finger trouble when you re-entered the parameters by hand. If you have the parameter list, I suggest that you re-check the Z parameters thoroughly starting from 1800 to 1899.
You should especially check the following parameters:
1806
1865
1866
1869
1879
1891


Better still if you have a parameter backup on your PC. Just read in the parameters via the RS-232 port after the option parameters were set in the IPL screen.
