I ve got the procedure for re install the NC parameter of my mori seiki lathe, I did it and it work, but i still have an alarm ALM344, " A VALUE AUTHER THAN 8 . 10 OR 12 WAS INPUT TO THE PARAMETER AS A SETTING FOR THE NUMBER OF STATIONS D108 OR D109 "
I CAN T SEE THE PARAMETER D108 IN MY DATA PAGE !! THE NUMBER OF DATA STOP AT A074 DOES SOMEONE KNOW WHY ???? PLEASE NEED HELP THE TECHNICIEN FROM TORONTO DON T KNOW WHY EITHER !
You need to load your PC parameters.
Press the NC/PC pushbutton.
Then select parameters.
Then load data table, keep relays, counters, and timers
i did it , i was nt able to change the date table for D0108, but i find how did it , i had to press the "double arrow key" and the "simple arrow key " at the same time to change for D108 so my data parameter are set
But the problem is , i m still have the S027 z dgtl servo error what have i to do ?
thansk a lot
I have an SL-25 with a Fanuc 10T control and lost the parameters. I am told I need parameter from someone with a Mori with a close serial # and your is only one digit off. Could you reply to this or even phone me at 306-768-7771
Thank you in advance!!
While you are waiting for a reply have you tried calling Mori to see if they have the parameters for you?

When you change batteries on a CNC machine you need to do it powered up. This way the power keeps the settings. The battery is just for power off retention.
Got it running! Can't hardly wait to start puching out widgets!
Wow you got lucky. That is the fastest I have seen someone get there machine running after losing all data and having no backup.
My suggestion now is to backup EVERYTHING. This is the first thing that should have been done when you put power to the machine. On the 10series fanuc you cannot punch out your PMC data via RS232 so you have to write it all down. Get all of your macro programs out of the control as well.
