Servo alarm 417

I have cortini T120 /cm italy make. I m getting servo alarm 417/427 Nth axis servo dgtl param . how i can solve this problem can anybody solve this problem..pls contact on+919825323285

I'm not really familiar with the controller, however, most controllers follow similar PLC's for alarms. The alarm you are specifying seems familiar with a Fanuc Servo alarm that we had on one of our machines...It was a broken servo cable wire that caused the alarm. I would investigate continuity on your Nth axis (X, Y or Z, whichever one is alarming on you) and make sure there isn't a broken wire...

From there, work backwards towards the motor itself. You'll find that troubleshooting problems like this can be quite difficult, but if you start at the end and work backwards, you'll save yourself some time along the way....Money too! Cable is cheaper than a motor!

Thanks for u r support. But from where i can get those parameter cos it seems becuase of battery cos it was dead.. pls guide me

If this is in fact a Fanuc, what is the model? 0,10,15 etc?
