VS5A machine with Fanuc 11M problem

Hi all!
We experienced 25 PC alarms on VS5A machine with Fanuc 11M suddenly.We have checked voltages & relays etc related to alarms but all seem OK.Alarms range from:
R20.0 to R20.7
R21.0 to R21.7
R22.0 to R22.7
Most are circuit protection or Over load faults.any suggestions.

24V wire "P1" in connector "PRE2" was cut somehow & shorted to body.This caused all the errors.

same machine is giving new alarm when changing tool during working:
pc alarm:69
abnormal spindle orientation(the cycle time is over)

any ideas.

The spindle is not reaching its orientation point to do the tool change. I have had this on my machines before. I don't know your machine but it as a magnetic switch that mounts on the side of the spindle that determines your orentation point. This had to be replaced.

Hi!
The problem in machine is getting worse day by day.we have opened the covers of machine & traced to the sensor.the documentation of machine is horrible & there is no sign of sensor in it.
now how do we check & verify the sensor operation.I mean what are its input & expected output signals. Also if its faulty is it easily available.
