I have a job that requires some face milling but I don't have polar coordinate interpolation. It shouldn't be that big of deal but I'm not sure if G2/G3 work when polar programing. The machine has a Fanuc 10T control. I guess worst case I can break the arcs down to line segments but that is going to make for a long program and I'm not sure the machine will support drip feeding. Does anyone have any suggestions that may make this task easier? Thanks, Tim |
