Spindle stop (M5) and coolant off (M9) by Reset button (0-MC)

There must be some parameter(s) for that, because same controll (0-MC) on two machines, on first one Reset button stops spindle and turns coolant off, and on the other machine, it doesn't.

I have parameter book but I can't find anything.

I'm not sure, but take a look at prm#45 bit 6
1:selects clear conditions using reset button
0:selects reset condition using the reset button

I have no detail about what are clear and reset conditions but if this parameter is not set at the same value on both control, maybe it is the cause of your problem.

p.s. My english is worst than your

My guess is that's part of the ladder. There may be a Keep Relay that lets you select it.

dcoupar is right. The spindle and coolant outputs are controlled in the ladder, so it would not have a conventional parameter. Don't mess with #0045 bit 6. That will change how G-codes are reset, which you don't want to do.

I know what #0045 bit 6 is, actually I have changed it when the second machine came to me so it is now equal on both machines.

If it is defined in ladder, it could not be changed? Maybe there is some D adress (DGN) which keeps it on.

Perhaps if you told us what make/model of machine it was, maybe someone here has one with a list of keep relays.

    Padobranac,

Try change D109#5 to 1 to stop spindle rotating and coolant.

I am not able to change D109#5 even if I am on MDI and PWE=1 and key is on write.

I have found in ladder some R adress which is called "RESET M CODE" but i can not affect on execution of it.
