Need Help!- fanuc 18T

Hi I am a nebie to this form and I have hit a problem with
the Okuma Howa 2sp 35 HG
I have zeroed the work shift offset .
my problem is when I go to tool geometry and try to enter any type of change to the geometry I get an error write protected. I can how ever change the offsets.

I assume there is a parameter to activate or deactivate does anyone know the answer.

the controller is a fanuc 18T

Tool offsets are usually write protected by key switch, they are often lumped together under one memory write protect key switch on the operator panel.
