I solved mi problem, just have to shutdown and restart, but is there a way to run the spindle in open loop?? (no feedback)

My cnc make a strange noise, i seems to come from de spindle motor, i decide to remove spindle strap to run only the motor and listen if noise go away. Bad idea because encoder is on the spindle, not on motor, motor makes one turn and alarm 409 appears. Power off/on, alarm 408 replace alarm 409. On spindle amplifier module, there is no 31. How to fix that????

Alarm 31, the mean spindle motor constrained, defective motor speed reversion signal/signal cable, so you can try to check conection cable from Spindle amp to motor ( signal cable )
