AI Advanced preview control

My Deawoo's control is Fanuc OI-MC, any one know how to use the G05.1 function please help.
I tried to use it but I can only run once right after the machine turn on, and the next run it gives me the 5111 alarm. If I turn off the machine and turn on again then I can use the G05.1 once again.

to use g05.1 on our fanuc control we use this format

If cutter comp is not turned off from a previous tool you will have this problem also
