ALARM 1003 FANUC 0 MATE STAMA

Hello I have one machine mark Stama with a control Fanuc 0 Maté.
when I start maquine me it indicates an alarm 1003 not aus (x21.4). never and position in march one of these machine and I don't have idea that this indicating.
thank you for any information and I buy the manual that helps me to operate her and of maintenance.

Emergensy stop is on (German not-aus), and X21.4 is the *ESP signal
Check emergency stop circuit.
