HI we have a Hitachi Seiki NK40-M with Fanuc 10T having some weird problem. Its display screen starts flickering(moving up & down slightly) & all led's on operator panel stop working.This happens randomly.Machine performs all functions in this condition,only the leds(stand by, zero return etc) are permanently off.The leds are apparently controlled by DI/DO board output connector CM3 given in electrical manual.But the 5V & 24V & 210 V on display as well as these cards are ok. What seem to be the problem. any ideas. thanks.  |

| If this machine has a 14" CRT check the front panel power supply. If it it noisy, the enable signal from this power supply turns off. This signal feeds to the front panel I/O board and will disable outputs. ie your LEDs |
