I bought a used rotary table for my VMC and now I need to get my VMC to use it. I have a Hardinge VMC1000II with a Fanuc 0i-MB controller. The machine came prewired for a 4th axis. I've picked out a servo drive board for the servo motor (Fanuc A06B-6114-H103). Now I need to look at what else I'll need to do to get the rotary table going. Will I have to modify the ladder diagram? Change some parameters? I know I'll have to cable it and tune it. |

| I have 8 different VMC's which use different FANUC controls. I would like to add a rotary 4th to them. But I want to set up 4th axes disconnect so that I could then just unplug and turn it off, the the control revert to a 3 axes machine. Also I have to find a suitable rotary table (or have one built). I would especially like this for the 18i and 16. |
