I have a OKK VP9000 with a Fanuc 310i control. The machine is rounding sharp corners off when profiling around a sharp corner. We are feeding 190ipm when this is happening. It appears as though it is trying to turn the corner before it should. We program point to point and use a .0002" chord height. The post is putting the program out properly. We are turning the G5P10000 code on and off as we should be. The machine ballbars very good, within .0004" circularity with less than .0001" backlash in all axis. Is there anything else I should look at? |
