APC Alarm

Fanuc 14T Robodrill

I'm getting a 1014 APC alarm... usually when pallet is going in or out. Can not find the details and solutions of this in my book.

Any ideas.

Is it Absolute Pulse Coder alarm? Try replace pulse coder of motor which makes alarm.

Hello there....

I do not really know the description of the alarm. I could not find it in the book.
But I'll suggest that to the mechanic. I hope I get to talk to the " Fanuc" service man today

This is a alarm from the builder (APC = Automatic pallet change). Try to find in the book from the builder and not from Fanuc.

Do any of you guys still have the Robodrill APC (automatic pallet changer) manual handy? Ours has been sitting idle for a few years and we need to rebuild it. Some air lines and fittings are missing/broken off from the move and we can't find the manual. I need a page(s) scan of the air lines to/from the pallet changer.
