Fanuc 18m for a Quickmill 3 axis gantry machining center

Hello all, I'm new to this forum and was hoping for a little assistance. I am drilling about 6 inches of stainless steel baffle stock and with the available inserts for the drill body I'm using it is causing a heavy chip load about halfway through the stock, regardless of my feeds and speeds. I would like to use multiple dwells on each hole and was wondering if this is possible and if so how to program it in. Thanks for any help.

If you have the print send it to me and I will program using a g04 after each z- move peck drill but with go4 after each peck write back with more info.
